Looking at tools to help with ideas on how to apply make up, I came across a new on-line make up mirror from covergirl. This free on-line application, lets you upload an image and try out different shades and colors, on your own face and to speak live to a beauty consultant.

While the tool doesn't get into the nitty gritty of how to apply make up, it is great for working out, which colors and styles suit you.
